As the Country Director at Noora Health Bangladesh, successfully led national programs and developed a thriving team exceeding 100 professionals. Previously led the polio eradication team at WHO Bangladesh and served as a key liaison between donors, government agencies, and collaborating partners. Skilled in providing leadership in developing, implementing and assessing interventions at facility, upazila and district levels to achieve project outcomes. A CAPSTONE Fellow and advocate for PPP-driven quality healthcare, consistently driving programmatic excellence and efficient resource utilization. Currently, working with Institute of Healthcare Improvement as a Faculty Member to lead the Quality Improvement Trainings for the health service providers at the government hospitals in the areas of maternal, newborn and child health to reduce morbidiy, mortality and to improve the quality of services including respectful maternal care at the delivery units and to serve the patents at the hospitals so that they experience the quality of care.
